I’m fighting to reinstate the turning lanes at Mount Samson Road

Locals have been incredibly patient during the long-running safety upgrades on Eatons Crossing Road.

But after all that work - and all that investment - TMR has removed the two turning lanes at the Mount Samson Road intersection going out to Dayboro and Samford, and replaced them with just one.

That’s led to more delays, frustration, and unsafe driving as people try to split into two lanes anyway.

TMR has admitted that two turning lanes would meet safety standards, but they’re now claiming there’s no money left to do it. That’s just not good enough.

Sign my petition to call on TMR to reinstate the two turning lanes and fix this dangerous bottleneck.
